Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Manage our entire project portfolio and prioritize based on strategic importance
- Coordinate our design and development team resources across projects
- Develop and implement standardized workflows and processes
- Provide high-level administrative support and handle day-to-day operations
Our Basic Requirements:
- Previous experience in project management, ideally in a creative or tech environment
- You're meticulously organized - your spreadsheets have spreadsheets
- Exceptional communication skills - you can translate "tech speak" to client language effortlessly
- Problem-solving mindset - when obstacles appear, you're already mapping three alternate routes
- You're comfortable setting up and maintaining project management systems
Bonus Points:
- Experience with agency workflows and client management
- Familiarity with design and development processes
